Shipping

1) Please allow us 48 hours to process your order. Your items shall be wrapped in good condition in a box before sent out and delivered to you in good condition.
2) Your order will be sent door to door. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is success. We will send you a tracking number and a link for tracking once we ship your parcel. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us directly via e-mail.
3) Delivery times are between 5-7 days to all major destinations, few orders may take longer depending on time of ordering (weekends, holidays). The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company standard. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.

We guarantee to deliver all products at your door promptly and safely as promised. All parcels will be marked as “Gifts” or “Samples” to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. If your goods lost during the shipment phase, we will take full responsibility and will reship you at our expense.

Returns & Exchange

We make sure all products are in top quality and certain our customers will simply love it! But, in the case a customer wish to return /exchange products, we offer a 7-10 days return policy (upon receiving your order).

If there is anything wrong with your purchase, please contact us for the return address. All returned items must be in their original state and be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworks (this includes warranties and cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back. And if we receive them damaged, we will not accept the return.

Once we have received the products, we will refund/exchange the item for you. Return shipping fee is undertaken by the customer, and have to be shipped out with a tracking number.

Situations:
1) Quality Problems
When you receive the package, please check if the package is damaged when shipping, in that case, please refused to sign the package. When you opened the package, and find the products have the quality problem, please take a photo about that and send e-mail to us, after we confirm, we will re-send a new bag to you or full refund to you.
2) Non-Quality Problems
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture;
The product is not what I'd imagine it to be;
I am not satisfied with this product.

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the return shipping fees). When we receive the products, we will also deduct the shipping fee and 5% handling fee. Our return policy won’t work under the circumstance that you have just changed your mind and want to exchange for another one.
